• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, vehicle allocation, and driver assignments.
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Ensure timely transportation of employees, goods, and materials as required.
• Maintain vehicle documents, registration, fitness certificates, tax tokens, insurance, and other records.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance with rules and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
• Ensure compliance with company transport policies and applicable government regulations.
