Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project management experience in fit out and construction delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex fit out projects with engineering complexity.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design specifications.
• Extensive on-site supervision with regulatory and technical adherence.
• Leadership experience mentoring Project Managers across portfolios.
• Advanced risk identification and mitigation, especially RT factors.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of clients with fit out and supervision projects, ensuring technical excellence.
• Deliver revenues from specific clients through flawless execution and supervision.
• Maintain planned profit margins while upholding quality and specifications.
• Complete projects without write-downs or erosion, focusing on fit out scope.
• Oversee complex projects involving risk triggering factors (RTF).
• Provide on-site supervision and engineering oversight to ensure code compliance.
• Direct staff to minimize claims through strict site supervision and quality control.
• Mentor Project Managers across multiple portfolios to ensure consistent delivery.
