Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to promote fire protection systems, develop new business, and maintain client relationships. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with estimation and engineering teams, and drive sales to meet targets.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems and experience with consultants, contractors, developers, and government clients in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of sales experience in fire protection systems.
• Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Civil Defense requirements and fire protection systems.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection market.
• Promote fire alarm, firefighting, gas suppression, emergency lighting, and fire safety solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industrial clients, and government organizations.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project approvals until order confirmation.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant fire protection standards.
