Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing fire fighting or fire protection system projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of fire fighting system installation, testing, commissioning, and execution.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the execution of fire fighting and fire protection system projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Track project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and site resources.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure site work complies with drawings, specifications, safety procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Maintain communication between project office and site teams.
• Support successful completion within schedule and quality.
