Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh seeks a Lead Field Engineer - Electrical to supervise electrical site activities for a major development project. You will ensure installations, testing, commissioning and handover meet designs, specs, QA/QC and safety standards.

The role requires 12+ years in electrical engineering and construction supervision, with 7+ years in lead supervision on large-scale buildings. PE/Chartered Engineer or PMP is desirable; English fluency and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management is preferred.
PE/Chartered Engineer or PMP certification is desirable.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering and construction supervision.
Minimum 7 years in a lead electrical supervision role on major building projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all electrical site engineering and inspection activities.
Review electrical shop drawings, submittals and method statements.
Monitor installation of power distribution, substations, lighting and LV/HV systems.
Coordinate interfaces with architectural, structural, MEP, ICT and security teams.
Witness FAT/SAT and commissioning activities and ensure QA/QC compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and inspectors and manage punch lists.
