Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Lead Field Engineer - Electrical in Riyadh to oversee all electrical site supervision for major developments. You will ensure installation, testing, commissioning and handover of complex electrical systems across large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, and mixed-use projects, coordinating with Resident Engineer, MEP teams and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 12+ years' experience, and strong leadership; PE/Chartered

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management preferred.
PE/Chartered Engineer/PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all electrical site engineering and inspection activities throughout project execution.
Review and monitor electrical construction works for compliance with drawings, specs, codes and requirements.
Coordinate electrical interfaces with architectural, structural, mechanical, ICT and specialist systems.
Witness FAT, SAT and commissioning activities; ensure QA/QC procedures are followed.
Mentor junior engineers and inspectors; support progress measurement and reporting.
