Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Lead Field Engineer - Mechanical to oversee all mechanical site supervision for a major Riyadh site. You will lead a team of engineers and inspectors, ensure installation, testing, commissioning and handover align with designs, standards and safety requirements.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical and fire/life-safety groups, manage RFIs and technical submissions, and drive project milestones through a disciplined HSE program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.
• PE/Chartered Engineer, PMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical site supervision activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Supervise a team of mechanical field engineers, inspectors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specs, and codes; review contractor submittals and method statements.
• Coordinate interfaces with architectural, structural, electrical, and other systems.
• Witness FAT, SAT, and TAB activities; monitor QA/QC and HSE adherence.
