Job summary

noon is seeking a facility and operations professional to lead planning and execution of a comprehensive facilities management program in Riyadh. You will develop SLAs, KPIs, and a lifecycle approach for assets while coordinating safety and regulatory compliance across teams.

The role requires a Master’s in Logistics or Supply Chain and 5–7 years in e-commerce or related fields, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar.
• 5–7 years in E-commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; health/safety knowledge.
• Experience in project/program planning and compliance with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a facility management program with preventive maintenance and lifecycle needs.
• Develop SLAs, KPIs, and contracts' response/ resolution matrix.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with contractors.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for assets.
• Supervise electrical and mechanical safety of assets.
• Manage reactive/corrective work orders and reporting.
• Monitor spares inventory and material requests.
• Coordinate operations to meet regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare monthly project reports for management.
• Identify energy-saving strategies and promote safe work environments.
• Prepare permits and progress reports.
