Job summary

Noon is seeking a seasoned Facilities & Projects professional in Saudi Arabia to lead General Services planning, implement preventive maintenance, and drive energy efficiency across a growing e-commerce campus. You will develop SLAs, KPIs, and reporting, while coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with Noon’s ambitious standards.

The role demands 5–7 years in e-commerce facilities, a master’s degree in logistics or related fields, and proven ability to build

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce in a related field.
• Strong in decision-support and strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project & program work plans and ensure compliance with stakeholders.
• AutoCAD or comparable computer drafting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Recruit, lead and build a high-performance Project and Program team with ongoing performance reviews.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish effective relationships.
• Promote efficient logistics & supply chain management processes.
• Analytical ability to gather and interpret data to develop and implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Execute planning of General Services activities related to facilities management.
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
• Develop SLAs, KPIs, and response & resolution matrix for contracts.
• Conduct monthly KPI compliance sessions with contractors to evaluate performance.
• Conduct troubleshoot/diagnose and provide technical support for maintained assets.
• Supervise electrical and mechanical safety and operation components of assets.
• Supervise PPM Audit inspections and follow-ups.
• Manage reactive/corrective work order queue and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor material requests for spares of various assets.
• Coordinate and supervise operational activities to ensure regulatory conformity.
• Follow up and monitor quality and cost of service providers and complete monthly property inspection reports.
• Prepare monthly project reports for management review.
• Develop strategies for maximum energy savings.
• Develop and implement health, safety, quality practices for working environment.
• Prepare permits and documents prior to job execution.
• Develop progress reports regularly for management review.

What you'll do:

• Develop strategies to which maximum energy savings can be obtained.
• Develop and implement practices that promote and protect health, safety, quality of working environment, and organization effectiveness.
• Prepares all permits and other documents needed prior to job execution.
• Develop a progress report on a regular basis for management review.

What you'll need:

• Master's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
