Job summary

Initial Facilities Management in Riyadh seeks a senior professional to supervise an electrical & electromechanical team and drive asset management plans aligned with SFG20/industry standards. You will oversee preventive maintenance, reporting, KPI deliverables, and safety compliance across site operations.

The role requires 10–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Facility management certification is required.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English and ideally Arabic knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of asset management systems; experience with CAFM tools.
• Good knowledge of safety, quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the electrical & electromechanical team.
• Develop asset management plans and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely responses, reporting, and feedback to service requests.
• Perform maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of electrical & electromechanical assets.
• Plan, develop, implement and deliver KPI deliverables for assets.
• Prepare periodic progress, technical, and innovation reports.
• Manage annual training plan for staff on technical skills.
• Proactively manage issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with site team to improve daily operations.
• Provide asset life cycle, condition, and availability reports.
• Provide RCA reports and technical recommendations during breakdowns.
• Act as safety ambassador and promote safe working practices.
• Support supervisors by mentoring and hands-on guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships across organization levels.
• Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
• Ensure assets and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety precautions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on assets and tools.
• Identify causes of asset failures and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance with airport stakeholders.
• Monitor consumables and parts usage and prepare replenishment plans.
• Generate and submit CAFM MAXIMO daily reports for assigned location.
• Fulfill listed contractual responsibilities and adapt to management directions.
