We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to support the Board of Directors (BOD) by managing executive office operations and ensuring seamless coordination of administrative and strategic activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role requires a professional who can manage confidential information with integrity while ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Manage the daily operations of the executive office supporting the Board of Directors.
Coordinate and manage the BOD's calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action items.
Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Coordinate communication between the Board of Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on key action items, ensuring timely completion.
Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and executive documentation.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of executive directives.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by senior leadership.
Ensure the executive office operates efficiently while maintaining professional standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Executive Office Administrator supporting senior executives or Board-level leadership.
Strong experience managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within a corporate or group organization is highly preferred.
