• Manage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goals
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutions
• Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimisation to meet client‑specific needs
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and strategies to enhance system performance and optimise business processes
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project success
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on complex project tasks and career development

Basic Qualifications

• Experience ERP projects and managing large-scale client engagements
• ERP systems and business processes experience across areas such as finance, HR, or supply chain
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions
• Experience with system configurations, customisations, and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Experience in business process optimisation and providing strategic ERP advisory services
• Flexible to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud‑based ERP systems or SaaS solutions
• Experience with advanced integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, EDI)
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Certifications in ERP systems or project management
