Job summary

FRESME, a Riyadh-based enterprise technology company, is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to lead Tadbir ERP implementations for Saudi companies, from holding groups to trading firms. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating with our implementation and engineering teams in Riyadh and abroad.

You will conduct in-depth process reviews, design COA and cost centers, manage stakeholders up to C-suite, oversee data migration and UAT, and drive post-go-live change management while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Expert understanding of ZATCA e-invoicing Phase-2 XML/UBL 2.1 compliance.
• Strong financial accounting background; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with GCC client exposure.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Tadbir ERP implementations for GCC enterprises.
• Conduct deep business process reviews and design COA, workflow approvals, and cost center hierarchies.
• Manage client stakeholders and present to C-suite; track project milestones.
• Oversee data migration, UAT, and post-go-live change management.
• Coordinate with Riyadh and Pakistan engineering hubs for bespoke feature development.
