FRESME is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead Tadbir ERP deployments for enterprise clients across the GCC and Pakistan. You will bridge client business requirements and our technical team — ensuring on-time delivery, user adoption, and maximum ROI for every implementation.

You will manage full-cycle implementations, analyze processes, configure modules, train users, and provide post-go-live support while maintaining strong client-facing communication in English (Arabic/Urdu a plus).

Formación

• 3+ years of ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of core business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, and HR cycles.
• Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or Urdu is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle Tadbir ERP implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments for clients.
• Configure ERP modules: Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Assets, and Projects.
• Manage project timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver end-user training and produce functional documentation.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations.
