Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a Senior Manager – Enterprise Skills Academy & Learning Partner to strengthen capability across the organization. You will partner with QTech to shape and deliver skills development in digital, data, AI, and professional capabilities for high-performing tech teams.

You will drive digital skills adoption across the wider organization, translating business needs into practical learning pathways and ensuring alignment with enterprise learning strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning, capability development, digital transformation, or tech-focused talent roles.
• Proven experience partnering with technology or digitally enabled organizations (IT, Digital, Data, AI, Cloud).
• Strong understanding of digital and AI-driven capability building and how skills translate into performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as main learning partner to QTech, understanding priorities, delivery pressures, and capability gaps.
• Advise and deliver solutions on how tech, digital, data, AI, and professional skills improve delivery and performance.
• Lead the development of digital skills across the wider organization in a technology-enabled environment.
• Partner with other business units to build capability that improves business outcomes.
• Ensure the Enterprise Skills Academy supports both deep specialist capability and required professional/delivery capabilities.
