Job summary

EPAM Systems in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Hybrid Senior Client Partner based in Al Khobar to shape client relationships and consulting engagements across Energy and Utilities. You will drive clarity for senior leaders navigating sector challenges and guide projects from opportunity through delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to RFPs, and establish senior client relationships while helping close new deals with support from sales/pre-sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in account management or similar client-facing roles.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor within the Energy and Utilities sector, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver technology focused transformation projects across a variety of areas.
• Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close new deals with support from sales/pre-sales teams.
• Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (focus on KSA) in which clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect their businesses and initiatives.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within Energy and Utilities portfolios.
• Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals including revenue and profit targets.
