Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead large-scale power generation, transmission and distribution projects. The role requires 20+ years in electrical engineering, project execution, construction and commissioning, with leadership and communication skills.

The candidate will review designs, supervise installation, test and pre-commissioning activities, and coordinate with project managers, vendors and clients to ensure standards, schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 20+ years in electrical engineering and project execution.
• Extensive experience in power generation, transmission and distribution.
• Hands-on installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Proficient in ETAP; familiarity with Flowstar, MS Office, PLC, SCADA, DCS.
• Knowledge of electrical design, power systems, circuit analysis.
• Experience with laser alignment tools and construction tooling.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
