Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Min 10 years of experience in High-Rise or tower projects.
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final technical authority for all electrical engineering matters.
• Define and approve the electrical design philosophy and system architecture.
• Review and sign off on concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC drawings.
• Lead value engineering (VE) initiatives and technical optimization.
• Lead design and coordination of MV/LV power distribution systems.
• Oversee design of substations, transformers, RMUs, and switchgear systems.
• Ensure proper design of backup systems (generators, UPS, redundancy schemes).
• Manage high-rise vertical distribution systems (risers and zoning).
• Ensure system reliability through N+1 / 2N redundancy strategies.
