Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to base in Khafji, KSA. The role involves leading electrical activities within core engineering or PMT teams, supervising personnel, and reporting to a Lead Electrical Engineer.

Heavy emphasis on project management, compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and construction/commissioning experience. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects, PMC exposure, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least twelve (12) years of experience; Eight (8) years within major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience at similar role for several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficient.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment.
• May supervise electrical personnel under responsibility and delegate activities.
• Work under supervision of Lead Electrical Engineer with delegated responsibilities.
• Position based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
