Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks an accomplished leader to drive end-to-end security development projects from concept to completion in a real estate context in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with operators, contractors, consultants, and authorities, and ensure projects align with the approved design and vision.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in real estate/development security, fluency in English and Arabic, and a strong track record

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
Master’s degree preferred
15+ years of relevant professional working experience
Program and/or Portfolio Management qualification highly regarded

Responsibilities

Lead and manage security development projects in line with Qiddiya Investment Company's vision
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enable project delivery
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning and environmental standards
Monitor progress and budget; implement risk and cost management strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including community leaders, investors and partners
Communicate effectively in English and Arabic; mentor a high-performing development team
Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and board
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive development innovation
Coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process to ensure alignment with approved design
