Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Dimensional Inspector to ensure castings and forgings meet customer drawings and ISO/ASME standards. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections across stages of casting processes.

The role requires at least 5 years in dimensional inspection, experience in steel casting/forging, and ASNT Level II in Visual Inspection (with MT/PT preferred). ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection.
Experience in the steel casting/forging industry is essential.
NDE certification ASNT Level II in Visual Inspection is essential.
ASNT Level II in MT/PT inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out dimensional inspection of castings as per drawings & specifications.
Measure and accept as per ISO 8062 standard, or as per customer requirement or drawing.
Carry out visual inspection of castings and forgings on sample castings.
Coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action in case of dimensional deviation on castings.
Maintain dimension reports and relevant documents related to dimensional inspection.
Develop / assist QC Engineer to develop dimensional inspection standards.
