Job summary

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. seeks an experienced Head of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation to own the end-to-end digital funnel in the Saudi market.

You will build and optimize CRM from scratch, align IT, Sales and Telesales for accurate data capture, and drive qualified leads across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing agency partnerships, Sakani platform presence, and property portal listings, while delivering analytic dashboards and ROI-focused campaigns to grow MAH

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in real estate marketing.
• Arabic & English speaker.
• Experience within KSA real estate market.
• Strong analytical, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of APIs, tracking integrations, lead-routing systems, and marketing technology.
• Experience managing digital agencies, media budgets, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns for property launches.

Responsibilities

• Create, lead and own the full lead generation, optimization and CRM integration from scratch.
• Keep the CRM as the single source of truth for lead attribution, and work with IT on data quality and completeness
• Lead the development and implementation of the CRM system as the single source of truth for all leads, attribution, reports, performance metrics, and business data, working closely with IT, Sales, and Telesales teams to ensure accurate data capture, lead distribution, tracking, completeness, and consistency.
• Manage and oversee all commutation with our digital agency, across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own MAH RE's presence on the Sakani platform, covering listing completeness, project data, offers, and ranking/visibility within the platform, coordinating with Sales on Sakani sourced leads and buyer eligibility.
• Manage property portal listings (Aqar, Bayut and others), and monitor listing quality and lead performance.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.
• Oversee website analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM structures, dashboards, and attribution models.
• Manage API integrations between websites, advertising platforms, CRM systems, call-tracking tools, WhatsApp, and other lead-management platforms.
• Ensure accurate data flow, lead routing, source tracking, and campaign attribution across all digital touchpoints.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Monitor audience engagement, trends, and platform analytics to refine content and advertising approaches.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop compelling digital campaigns.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and stay updated on the latest AI trends to create cutting-edge visuals (photo and video).
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and emerging marketing strategies.
• Actively contribute as a team player, fostering collaboration and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and on weekends
• Create weekly and monthly reports showcasing ROI including but not limited to CPL, CPS, qualified leads.
