Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects, from pre-launch through launch and ongoing sales campaigns. You will lead agency briefing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and collateral.

The role collaborates with Sales to provide presentations, brochures, digital assets, and campaign support to generate leads and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate marketing
• Arabic-English bilingual
• Experience in KSA real estate market
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing creative agencies and budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing for real estate launches.
• Develop launch plans with timelines, budgets and media.
• Define project positioning and key messages.
• Coordinate with Development, Sales, Legal and others.
• Prepare briefs for agencies and manage campaigns.
• Oversee production of marketing materials and assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and lead generation.
• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends.
