Job summary

Nozomi Networks Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a Designated Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise and industrial customers, ensuring platforms run flawlessly and evolve to meet threats.

You will deploy, maintain, optimize configurations, and enable adoption of our cybersecurity platform. Collaborate with senior engineers, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, system administration, or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs, and network architecture.
• Familiar with Windows/FreeBSD/Unix/Linux, virtualization, and basic scripting or API usage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; English fluency.
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments and cybersecurity platforms; AI-assisted tools welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers.
• Run health checks, tune sensors, optimize alerts, and guide upgrades.
• Design and implement features, integrations, dashboards, and queries.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific docs and knowledge-transfer workshops.
• Investigate incidents, manage support cases, and drive root-cause closure with support.
• Provide weekly activity summaries and planning updates to customers.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, and Engineering to steer roadmap priorities.
