Job summary

GE Vernova Global Services GmbH Branch - Saudi Arabia Branch is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee contract, project, and customer management activities for regional client engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills, with a focus on delivering contractual obligations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving service excellence on-site in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in contract management, project management, proposal management, customer management, or field engineering.
• Technical knowledge of Gas Turbine power plant equipment and services.
• Experience working with customers and different stakeholders.
• Experience planning and executing outages.
• Experience managing Contractual Service Agreements.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Responsibilities

• Interface between the customer and the project team, managing information transfer and requests.
• Plan and execute Services, Parts and Repair Services including quotes, pacing, scheduling, follow up, fulfillment and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and negotiate changes and solutions.
• Adhere to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, plus financial & technical metrics.
• Perform contract administration and proposal negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
• Serve as liaison for the customer on contract matters.
• Develop specialized knowledge and be a best-practice resource.
• Keep abreast of latest technical developments and industry benchmarks.
• Contribute to strategy and policy development within area of responsibility.
• Lead projects with minimal resources and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Communicate clearly to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
