Job summary

GE Vernova in Saudi Arabia seeks a Logistics Project Manager to lead inbound/outbound, V2V, repairs, and warranty activities for SEC 2 Bulk. You will oversee the logistics scope from factories to DDP delivery, coordinating with customer, EPC, and global teams to meet KPIs and cost targets.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics for energy projects, Arabic and English fluency, and the right to work in KSA without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• College or university degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years work experience in logistics, with energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience interfacing with customs teams and brokers.
• Experience on SEC/EPC energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and forwarders across the globe.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage logistics plans for projects within SEC 2 Bulk Program.
• Lead OTR activities, propose consolidation plans, execute shipping transactions.
• Interface between customer, project managers, and global logistics coordinators.
• Supervise milestones: scopes, timelines, expenses, risks.
• Identify, log, and track risks and opportunities; report to PMs.
• Coordinate with customs to ensure compliant import documentation.
• Ensure on-time delivery with minimal penalties and demurrage costs.
• Collaborate with fulfilment, sourcing and customs to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain reporting and analytics such as EAC and premium costs.
