GEA Grade in Medina seeks a seasoned Contract Manager responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of materials and services contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and acting as the main point of contact for all contractual matters.

You will lead negotiations, maintain records, train project teams, develop management procedures, and coordinate with Finance and Compliance on insurance, pricing, and export controls, while supporting Sales with

Qualificações

• Engineering background with managerial experience in contracts and procurement.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience with cost estimation, proposal development and contract law concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts for materials and services.
• Manage NDAs, sales, purchasing, subcontracts, consulting and licensing agreements.
• Analyze bids and terms; review customer terms and conditions.
• Coordinate contract issues with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records and status across projects.
• Provide guidance and training on contract practices for teams.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures; monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance and Compliance on insurance, pricing and export controls.
• Support Sales and Marketing with compliant contract terms.
• Ensure contract visibility and SLA compliance across teams.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve contractual issues.
