Job summary

CodeNinja seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to lead configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE within Saudi National Bank's CRM landscape.

You will work with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable CRM solutions, driving end-to-end CRM capability in a major national bank context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total CRM experience, with 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (online or on-prem).
• Strong hands-on expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating D365 with third-party/enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM solutioning on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Gather and analyze business requirements; produce BRDs, FRDs, and solution design documents.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on the Dataverse platform.
• Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and core banking/enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
• Own data migration activities (D365 import/export tools, ETL).
• Develop plugins/custom code where needed (C#, .NET, JavaScript).
• Provide L2/L3 production support and manage change requests.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer.

About The Role

We're hiring a Senior CRM Consultant to lead configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules within Saudi National Bank's CRM landscape — working directly with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRM solutioning on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Field Service modules)
• Gather and analyze business requirements; produce BRDs, FRDs, and solution design documents
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on the Dataverse platform
• Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and core banking/enterprise systems via APIs and web services
• Own data migration activities (D365 import/export tools, SSIS, or equivalent ETL tools)
• Develop plugins/custom code where out‑of‑box configuration isn't sufficient (C#, .NET, JavaScript)
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests
• Ensure CRM solutions align with SNB's internal governance and relevant SAMA regulatory/compliance requirements
• Coordinate with QA teams on test planning and UAT support
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years total CRM experience, with 4+ years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online or on‑prem)
• Strong hands‑on expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Customer Service/Marketing/Field Service)
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Solid grasp of CRM customization: plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, C#/.NET
• Experience integrating D365 with third‑party/enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong SQL and data management skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills; comfortable working directly with business and IT teams

Must Haves

• 4+ years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience
• Proven CRM customization and integration delivery (plugins, custom workflows, API integrations)
• Direct experience producing BRDs/FRDs and solution design documentation

Nice to Have

• Banking/financial services experience, particularly within a Saudi or GCC bank, with familiarity with SAMA regulatory expectations
• Local KSA market experience — prior engagements with Saudi enterprises or banks, understanding of the local vendor/implementation ecosystem
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200)
• Experience with omnichannel customer engagement (contact center, IVR, chatbot integrations)
