CodeNinja is seeking a Delivery Manager to own business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client, overseeing demand and enhancement delivery across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, Cybersecurity, and other units.

The role requires 7+ years in application delivery, a PMP, and a Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Business Tech, with hands-on Agile delivery and strong SDLC experience.

• Ensure prioritization, quality, and timely execution of changes.
• Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting.

About the Role

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client — managing demand and enhancement delivery across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, Cybersecurity, and other business units.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in application delivery/demand management within banking or large enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
• Strong SDLC, banking applications, and stakeholder management experience

Must Haves

• PMP certification
• Proven experience managing application demand/enhancement delivery across multiple business units
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with BRD/SRD documentation and governance in a banking context
• Exposure to portfolio-level delivery reporting tools
• Prior experience in Saudi/GCC banking application environments
