Job summary

CodeNinja seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to lead configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules for Saudi National Bank’s CRM landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in CRM, strong D365 CE hands-on experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years CRM experience including Dynamics 365 CE.
• Hands-on D365 CE (online or on-prem) across Sales/Service/Marketing.
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• CRM customization using plugins, workflows, and JavaScript/C#/.NET.
• Experience integrating D365 with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Strong SQL and data management skills; excellent stakeholder comms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM solutioning on Dynamics 365 modules.
• Gather requirements; produce BRDs/FRDs and designs.
• Configure entities, forms, views, rules, workflows, and BPFs.
• Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps components.
• Design integrations between D365 and core systems via APIs.
• Own data migration activities using ETL tools.
• Develop plugins or custom code where needed.
• Provide L2/L3 support and manage changes.
• Ensure solutions align with governance and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate QA, test planning and UAT; mentor junior staff.
