Job summary

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications in Riyadh to lead day-to-day operations of the function with discipline and high standards.

This role requires turning leadership direction into actionable plans, managing cross-functional workstreams, and delivering deadlines under pressure while raising the bar on execution, outcomes, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Growth, Performance, Operations, Corporate Communications, PR, communications operations, project management, events, or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience in planning and execution.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel skills, including trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, planning sheets, and follow-up.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage pressure, handle multiple priorities, and maintain speed, structure, and quality at the same time.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Communications function with structure and follow-through.
• Turn leadership direction into clear plans, priorities, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
• Build trackers, dashboards, calendars, and reports for visibility and control over execution.
• Lead end-to-end communications projects from planning to closure.
• Develop practical project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, deadlines, and ownership.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing pace or quality.
• Drive momentum with stakeholders, agencies, and partners through follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen planning, writing, judgment, and reliability.
• Lead planning and execution of events, executive engagements, workshops, launches, forums, and ceremonies.
• Support PR and media execution through review and coordination.
