Job summary

HungerStation, part of Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and governance across all touchpoints. You will ensure the app's look and feel aligns with seasonal moments and product features while maintaining a consistent identity.

The role involves cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Product, rigorous media planning, and performance analytics to improve brand health and campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in brand management, integrated marketing and media planning.
• Strong understanding of media budget splits, attribution modelling, and full-funnel activation.
• Proven ability to track and optimize brand health metrics (TOM, BP, BL, Brand Recall).
• Demonstrated assertive agency management and improving execution efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proactive development of the holistic brand experience, seasonal direction, and identity governance across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee the app's overall look and feel, ensuring seamless transformation during key seasonal moments.
• Align brand priorities with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns strengthen HungerStation brand.
• Translate campaign goals into media objectives, KPIs, and channel roles for audience journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and budget run rates to identify underspending/overspending and take corrective action.
• Manage relationships with media agencies to ensure execution quality and timely launches.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s OKRs and track relevant metrics.
