Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Contract Administration Lead to oversee a large roads and infrastructure portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will drive governance, consistency, and oversight of contractual processes across multiple projects, work orders, service agreements, and infrastructure contracts.

You will work with commercial, project delivery, finance, procurement, legal, and consultants to ensure compliance, timely changes, and strong risk management throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in contract administration or related fields.
• Experience with major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience leading contract administration teams.
• Proficiency with Oracle Unifier, SAP, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Public-sector or giga-project governance exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across a portfolio of roads and infrastructure contracts.
• Establish governance controls and standardized processes.
• Mentor Contracts Administrators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with obligations and policies.
• Manage contract changes, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate meetings, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Administer contract management systems (Oracle Unifier, SAP).
