Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract/commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams and managing large contract portfolios.
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programs.

As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, provide clear contractual guidance, and help protect project outcomes through disciplined contract management and sound commercial judgment.

• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within large-scale client organisations, government entities, or giga-project environments.
• Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration.
• Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES, or an equivalent professional body.
