As Lead Contract Engineer you will play a central role in protecting project outcomes through rigorous contract administration and informed commercial judgment. This role is suited to someone who can navigate large-scale infrastructure environments, work confidently across stakeholders, and bring a clear understanding of how contract strategy supports successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms, variations, claims, and compliance under FIDIC frameworks.
• Partner with project management teams on contract administration matters across the project lifecycle.
• Interface with clients on contractual issues and related commercial discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration, including 5+ years of experience in the Middle East.
• Strong background in contract administration with project management exposure.
• Experience administering contracts under FIDIC frameworks.
• Experience interfacing with clients on contract-related matters.
• Experience administering contracts in the SAR 5 billion+ range is a plus.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
