This role involves reviewing contract terms and partnering with project management teams throughout the project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder navigation skills are essential, as well as the ability to interface with clients on contractual matters. Experience in large-scale projects is a plus.

As Lead Contract Engineer, you will play a central role in protecting project outcomes through rigorous contract administration and informed commercial judgment. This role is suited to someone who can navigate large-scale infrastructure environments, work confidently across stakeholders, and bring a clear understanding of how contract strategy supports successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration, including 5+ years of experience in the Middle East
• Strong background in contract administration with project management exposure
• Experience administering contracts under FIDIC frameworks
• Experience interfacing with clients on contract-related matters
• Experience administering contracts in the SAR 5 billion+ range is a plus
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred
