Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Professional membership with a recognised body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE) desirable.
• Minimum 15+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience leading contract administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Review draft and administer contracts across complex infrastructure programs.
• Coordinate contract documentation approvals and compliance with internal policies.
• Support change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence with stakeholders.
