Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Law.
• 12+ years in commercial and/or contracts management across multiple construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cost & commercial management, procurement, and contract management principles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale contracts within budget and schedule.
• Familiarity with local regulations, industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and resolve disputes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of contract management for high-value portfolios.
• Administer complex contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke) in line with KSA law.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks early in the lifecycle.
• Negotiate changes, resolve disputes, and manage change requests.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and cost analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with procurement to align with project requirements and policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
