Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in contracts administration and commercial management.
• Experience on major international infrastructure or construction mega-projects.
• MRICS or MCIArb is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract administration for major infrastructure projects.
• Interpret contract provisions and provide commercial guidance to project leadership.
• Develop contract strategies to reduce exposure and preserve entitlements.
• Manage high-value commercial claims from assessment to resolution.
• Lead dispute avoidance and resolution activities with legal and executive teams.
• Prepare contract dashboards and commercial forecasts.
