Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in Saudi Arabia to act as the pivotal link between project delivery and financial viability. You will oversee high-value contract portfolios, ensure profitability, compliance, and timely project execution within Design-Build environments.

You will mentor a team of Contract Managers, provide strategic direction for contract management, and manage claims, variations, and disputes while aligning with organizational policies and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Law.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial and/or contracts management across multiple construction sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of cost & commercial management, procurement processes, and contract management principles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within budget and schedule.
• Familiarity with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract management, including administering complex contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke).
• Identify contractual and financial risks early and develop strategies to protect interests.
• Lead assessment, negotiation, and resolution of variations, change orders, and disputes.
• Mentor and lead a team of Contract Managers to foster integrity and excellence.
• Provide strategic direction for contract management activities across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement commercial & contract management strategies to achieve objectives.
