Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Professional membership with a recognised industry body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent) desirable.
• Minimum 15+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience leading contract administration teams and managing large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and administer contracts across complex infrastructure programs
• Coordinate contract documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal policies
• Support change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence with stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues
