As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams.
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements
• Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters
• Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery
