Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related discipline (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce).
• Professional membership with a recognised industry body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and administer contracts across complex infrastructure programs.
• Coordinate contract documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal policies.
• Support change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence with stakeholders.
