Job summary

Jasara PMC is a program management company driving social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030. As Contracts Manager, you will safeguard commercial integrity and drive disciplined contract management across major projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review vendor and subcontractor agreements, and collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams to resolve disputes and support claims throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams.
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery.
