Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Contract Administration Lead to oversee a large roads and infrastructure portfolio, ensuring governance, compliance, and effective contract execution across multiple projects and service agreements.

You will mentor contracts administrators, coordinate with commercial, project delivery, finance, procurement, legal teams, and ensure proper documentation within contract management systems. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
Professional membership with a recognised industry body is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead contract administration activities across a large portfolio of roads and infrastructure contracts.
Establish and maintain consistent contract administration processes, procedures, and governance controls.
Provide leadership and mentoring to Contracts Administrators and support staff.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and delegated authority requirements.
Coordinate contract start‑up, amendments, renewals, extensions and close‑out activities.
Administer contract communications and monitor milestones, warranties, insurance and other obligations.
Define governance reviews, dashboards, and portfolio performance updates.
