Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract management across projects in the Kingdom. You will draft, negotiate, and monitor contracts, manage risk, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires 15+ years in construction contracts, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of contract law. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus; CCM/CPCM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final execution.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding amendments and variances.
• Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion.
