Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned commercial professional for a landmark mixed-use project in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You will lead contracts, valuations, variations and certification across a large-scale programme.

With MRICS and 20+ years total experience (7+ in Saudi Arabia), you will ensure financial integrity, value engineering, and effective stakeholder management while supporting safety and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management or cost management, or equivalent.
MRICS/RICS membership.
Total 20+ years experience, including at least 7 years in Saudi Arabia.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
Support net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions during delivery.
