Mace Oman is seeking an MEP Lead for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh Region. This senior position involves leading mechanical and electrical systems delivery on a major commercial development. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives while overseeing contractor delivery during the construction phase.

Qualificações

• Fifteen or more years of experience on large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working within a project management consultancy environment.
• Strong background in construction delivery of MEP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the client and safeguard project objectives throughout the construction phase.
• Oversee contractor delivery of all MEP installation works in accordance with IFC drawings and specifications.
• Monitor installation progress, risks, and mitigation measures.
