Job summary

KEO International invites a seasoned Contracts / Commercial Manager to join our site supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead commercial, contractual, and financial aspects across enabling and early works packages, ensuring governance, cost control, and timely delivery in collaboration with Engineers, Client representatives, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline
• Experience administering FIDIC-based contracts and managing contractor claims, variations, and commercial risk

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of enabling and early works packages
• Provide contractual and commercial advice to Client and supervision team on entitlements and risks
• Manage change control processes including valuation of variations and compensation events
• Lead assessment and management of contractor claims including EOT, disruption and acceleration
• Maintain contract risk registers and support dispute avoidance strategies
• Prepare commercial reports and contractual correspondence for Client approval
• Mentor commercial and quantity surveying team within the supervision team
• Coordinate with Engineer, Client representatives, contractors, and legal advisors
