Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in contract management for large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of international contract law, FIDIC contracts, and Saudi regulations.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and resolving disputes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards.
• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from initiation through closeout, for multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments.
• Establish and maintain robust contract management systems and processes that enhance efficiency and transparency across the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks, resolving disputes and claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, operations, and legal to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, forecasts, and budget reports related to contract performance and expenditures.
• Provide regular, detailed status updates and strategic reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving local construction codes, Saudi Arabian business regulations, and international best practices in contract management.
• Lead and mentor junior contract management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Customize contract templates and documentation to reflect organizational standards while maintaining legal compliance.

What do we need from you

• Extensive knowledge of international contract law, FIDIC contracts, and Saudi Arabian commercial regulations
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-value contracts and resolving contractual disputes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software platforms
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in multicultural environments
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and cost forecasting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies in contractual contexts
